Why Did You Want To Work With Me?
Why wouldn’t we work with you?
You are full of knowledge. You always know what to say to guide me in the right direction without putting your perspective or opinion.
Like, that’s not what you do; you lead me to find what works for me.
You ask the right questions, so I can understand and see things for myself.
I think that’s the most valuable thing.
I can get advice from other people; however, if I don’t understand how to lead myself there then I don’t really understand it.
Whereas, with you, talking to you has always been a pleasure because of that:
You help me lead myself there.
Whenever I’m close to a result, you ask me the right question that leads me where I need to go.
You always ask me the right question that leads me to where I need to go.
What were your biggest concerns about working with me?
Judgement. I don’t know what Moose is going to think about this.
Is he going to judge me about this decision?
What’s been your favorite part about doing this work?
“The ability to have a conversation with a like-minded individual with aspirations to grow and be better.”
Talking to you.
Someone who has similar interests as I do: business, improving communities, helping people out.
You grow and learn to be better. You’re someone who values growth? You know, dedication and education.
What’s the biggest transformation you’ve gotten?
I understand I have “it” in me and it’s unstoppable.
The values I have of:
- Always growing
- Always asking questions
- Always thinking outside the box
Envisioning my dreams and goals and figuring out a way to do it.
That’s where you have helped a lot, because again, you always show the techniques on how to make it happen. Like the 80/20 rule.
Once you understand this, you will live it!
You have it in you. It’s unstoppable.
I can have a shitty month—where I stop practicing those things [the positive habits]. But just like riding a bike, I will pick it right back up.
Those valleys really make you grow and be better.
[MUSTAFA: This showcases the resilience behind my coaching approach. To be anti-fragile.]
What surprised you the most about working with me?
How much you channel for me.
I’m not good at explaining myself, but you get it.
When I have a conversation with you, I share what I’m going through or what are my plans—You get it!
It’s like, we’re connected. You know what I’m thinking, what I’m feeling like.
You help me say what I think , what I feel and get that picture even clearer as to what I want to do.
Who Would You Recommend YLC to?
I’d be picky.
The people who are driven.
Someone who is willing to put in the work!
